Raj Alexandru Udrea is a trainer and facilitator with experience in designing and delivering learning processes for teenagers, young adults, artists, educators, and diverse community groups. My work focuses on creating safe, participatory, and engaging learning environments where participants can develop practical skills, self-awareness, emotional literacy, confidence, and collaborative abilities.
My training practice combines non-formal education, experiential learning, group facilitation, emotional development, and creative methods adapted to the needs of each group. I work with topics such as communication, self-expression, teamwork, confidence-building, emotional awareness, inclusion, public speaking, and personal development.
As a trainer, I value clarity, empathy, active participation, and meaningful reflection. My approach is practical and human-centered, encouraging participants to explore their own resources, engage with others, and translate learning into real-life contexts.
