Raj Alexandru Udrea is a trainer and facilitator with experience in designing and delivering learning processes for teenagers, young adults, artists, educators, and diverse community groups. My work focuses on creating safe, participatory, and engaging learning environments where participants can develop practical skills, self-awareness, emotional literacy, confidence, and collaborative abilities.

My training practice combines non-formal education, experiential learning, group facilitation, emotional development, and creative methods adapted to the needs of each group.
