Trainer & Emotional Educator

I design embodied, arts-based learning that turns emotion into skill and community into practice.

Working with

High-schools (IX–XII), universities, cultural centres, NGOs, festivals, and community groups seeking inclusive, participatory learning through theatre, performance and music.

My approach

Participation first: co-creation, dialogue, peer learning, reflection.
Arts-based facilitation: theatre, movement, voice, music, storytelling.
Measurable outcomes: pre/post check-ins, skills rubrics, feedback loops.
Emotion to action: from self-awareness → communication → collective care.
Inclusive & trauma-aware: pronouns respected; content advisories; opt-in practices.

Signature workshops & labs

  1. Emotional Literacy Lab (2–4h / 1 day)
Naming feelings, regulation tools, boundary work, and compassionate communication.
  2. Confidence & Voice (3h / 1 day)
Breath, presence, posture, and story; from stage fright to authentic speaking.
  3. Body as Home (inspired by CorpFluid) (3h / 1–2 days)
Body image, shame release, affirmation practices, and collective witnessing.
  4. Queer Inclusion 101 (2–3h / 1 day)
Language, lived realities, allyship, safer spaces; from awareness to practice.
  5. Forum Theatre for Civics (1–2 days / 6–8 weeks)
Devising scenes from real problems; rehearsing solutions with the audience.
  6. Story & Sound (3h / 1 day)
Using rhythm, music, and spoken word to shape personal narratives.
